Established Concierge Practice is seeking a relational, high-touch internal medicine physician to join our established concierge team in Hilton Head. This confidential search is critical to stabilizing and growing an existing panel and reinforcing our commitment to exceptional patient experience.

Position Highlights

• Deliver personalized concierge care to an engaged panel of ~650 patients 
• Blend traditional internal medicine with functional and integrative wellness services.
• Lead patient retention and satisfaction after recent performance challenges.

Compensation & Benefits

• Generous base salary up to $400,000 for highly qualified, experienced physicians
• Fully ramped compensation at 90th percentile w/ ancillary participation.

Ideal Candidate

• Board-certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine 
• Natural concierge demeanor and strong emotional intelligence.
