Integrative & Functional Medicine Physician (ND)

Location: Irvine, CA | Schedule: Full-Time, In-Person | Compensation: Competitive & Negotiable

The Center for New Medicine and Cancer Center for Healing, under the leadership of Dr. Leigh Erin Connealy, are seeking a licensed Naturopathic Doctor (ND) to join our dynamic, mission-driven team in Southern California.

As the largest integrative and functional medicine clinic in North America, our practice is at the forefront of root-cause medicine, precision diagnostics, integrative oncology, early disease detection, and whole-person optimization. We serve patients from around the globe who seek innovative, compassionate, and comprehensive care.

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed ND in California (or eligible)
Background in Functional and/or Integrative Medicine (required)
Experience in oncology and chronic disease care (preferred, but not required)
Completion of advanced training (IFM, A4M, ACAM.org, ACIM Connect) is a plus
Strong clinical acumen, excellent communication skills, and a patient-centered mindset
A collaborative, team-oriented spirit eager to thrive in a multidisciplinary setting

What We Offer:

Competitive, negotiable salary based on experience and credentials – starting at $150,000 plus incentives paid over and above salary

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough root-cause assessments and design individualized treatment protocols
Deliver evidence-based integrative and functional therapies
Provide compassionate care for patients navigating prevention, chronic illness, and/or cancer
Collaborate with our team of specialists and maintain accurate EMR documentation
Educate and empower patients on their healing and wellness journey
